  2. He was awarded a grant for 2012-2013 a La sapienza grant (Bando di Ateneo), together with other scholars, entitled “Temi e forme dell’epigramma greco nella tradizione letteraria ed epigrafica”, presso l’università degli studi di Roma La Sapienza
  3. He was awarded a grant for for 2015-2017 a La sapienza grant (Bando di Ateneo), together with other scholars, entitled Writing Techniques vs Technologies for Writing”
  4. He was awarded a grant for for 2015-2016 an INSTAP grant (40.000 dollars) as project leader for the project “Out of Palace: an Archaeological investigation on the town of Phaestos from Minoan to Post-palatial Age: the so called quarters of Haghia Photinì and Chalara
  5. He is the director and project Leader of an international project entitled The Linear B pa-i-to Epigraphic Project, an epigraphic and philological pilot project aimed at publishing a new critical edition of 94 Linear B tablets from Knossos, kept in the Heraklion Museum where there is mention of the name of the ancient town of Phaestos —pa-i-to. The project is financed by University of Rome, La Sapienza and organized together with the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion (Crete, Greece).
